Welcome to High Peak First Aid
High Peak First Aid provides certified first aid training, specialising in outdoor first aid and prehospital care qualifications for urban, wilderness, and hostile environments. With 28 years of experience and over 50,000 people trained, we’re trusted by professionals and organisations across the UK, Europe and Asia.
Our courses are accepted for workplace and outdoor education and are recognised by awarding bodies including the Mountain Training Association, British Canoeing, MBCUK, and MIAS. We’re an approved Qualsafe centre for First Aid at Work, Emergency First Aid at Work, and First Response Emergency Care Level 3 and 4. We hold direct claims status for certificate distribution thanks to consistently high participant feedback, and we meet all Health and Safety Executive requirements for first aid providers.
Training takes place at our dedicated centre in Hope Valley, with three classrooms and private land for outdoor courses. We’ve invested in excellent equipment and an immersive classroom where you can practise handling emergencies in realistic scenarios with sound and scent effects.
All tutors have over 30 years’ teaching and operational experience in prehospital care, including ambulance, mountain, and cave rescue. Every course is practical, engaging, and designed to give you confidence in any situation.
You can book and pay securely through this site and purchase first aid products. We have a shop on site, so you can also purchase during a course. If you need help, there is a team at the end of the phone, or WhatsApp link if you prefer.
Join a course and gain the skills to handle emergencies at home, at work, or out in the wild. Book online today or contact us for friendly advice.
