This outdoor first aid kit has been prepared by High Peak First Aid.  This is the type of comprehensive kit to take on a Mountain Leader Assessment to demonstrate you are well prepared for a first aid incident in the outdoors.  This robust kit is also suitable for any outdoor first aid activity: for water based activities, we recommend putting the first aid kit into a dry bag. The entire kit weighs 0.612g and dimensions are 20cm(L)x14cm(W)x8cm(D).  If this is too heavy or too big for you then we can make up bespoke kits.
