The Direct Action Lysander MED Waist Bag in either Adaptive Green or Coyote Brown is a compact and highly adaptable medical pouch designed for field medics, first responders, and tactical professionals. Made from durable 500D Cordura and finished in a low-profile colourway, this rugged waist bag delivers quick access to life-saving gear without slowing you down.

Designed for high-pressure environments, the Lysander can be worn as a standalone waist pack or comfortably underneath a plate carrier. Its compact shape stays close to the body, preventing bounce or snagging during fast movement. Whether you’re working in tight spaces or navigating the field, this pouch keeps essential supplies secure, organised, and within easy reach.

Inside, the main compartment is lined with Velcro, allowing you to customise the layout with modular inserts (sold separately). Additional storage includes a zipped front pocket for gloves or quick-access items, a rear flat pocket for large dressings or paperwork, and a top flap with space for trauma shears and TCCC cards.

Laser-cut MOLLE and PALS webbing lets you expand your loadout with extra pouches or tools. The adjustable waist strap provides a stable and comfortable fit, even during intense movement or extended wear.
