• Professional qualification: HCPC paramedic, nurse, doctor or a registered medical professional in a relevant area
• CPD log
• Valid teaching qualification
• Knowledge of health and safety in industry/outdoor/hostile environments
• Excellent communicator
• Organised, methodical and good time-keeper
