Thanks for booking with High Peak First Aid. Please read the information below so you arrive prepared. If you have booked on behalf of someone else, please email their name and email address, as we need these for our records.

We’re the standalone building in the back car park.

Course Schedule

0845: Doors open. Bring a pen, notebook, and water bottle.
0900: Course begins. Some courses may be inspected by awarding bodies, so punctuality is essential.
1700: Course ends. FREC3 may run to 1800; your tutor will confirm if this applies.

Breaks are usually around 1030, 1230, and 1500.

What to Wear

Some parts of the course will involve laying on the floor, so please bring appropriate clothing.

Please bring outdoor clothing and waterproofs. You’ll have time to change before any practical sessions.

If the weather is wet, bring a spare pair of shoes to wear outside.

Food and Drink

Bring your own lunch. Tea, coffee, and water are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own drinks.

Accommodation

We don’t offer accommodation. Use Google Maps to search for options in Hope Valley. Campervans and tents are not permitted on-site as the gates are locked overnight.

Accessibility and Support

If you have specific needs such as dyslexia or mobility issues, let us know in advance. We’re happy to use your preferred pronouns. If you have COVID symptoms before your course, contact us to rearrange your booking.
